PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Secure Space Construction Coordination Manager is responsible for the material take-off, procurement and scheduling coordination with the Controlled Access Area (CAA) Superintendent at the project site required to successfully complete the construction of the CAA portion of the project on schedule and within budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS: Reaching above and below, stooping and bending. Lifting/carrying/moving 1 to 15 pounds of weight in the form of paper, boxes, files, etc. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, filing, and perform specialized skills. Requires a high degree of concentration in a busy office environment. WORKING CONDITIONS: Contract requires 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Schedules may be modified to better accommodate business needs. Flexibility with hours is required.
